Chad Morris’ 2019 recruiting class has some absolute studs, headlined by four-star wide out Trey Knox from Murfreesboro, Tenn. He stands 6-5 and weighs in at 215 pounds and looks the part of an SEC-ready performer. If you watch his highlight film from his prep days, you can tell he’s just built different and could break out right away.

Knox joins a receiving corps that is ready to start fresh with La’Michael Pettway, Jared Cornelius and Jonathan Nance all leaving the program via graduation or transfer.

However, he’s not the only incoming freshman wide out who could have an immediate impact. He joins IMG Academy standout Shamar Nash as the other four-star receiver in the class of early enrollees. Those two are expected to make some noise, but they still have to work to rise up the depth chart.

Deon Stewart, Jordan Jones and the aforementioned Michael Woods are all back and could all be starters this fall, but Knox could join that regular rotation.
