1. Who will be RB2 and WR3?

So, let’s talk some reality real quick. The starting running back position seems to be Jashaun Corbin’s to lose at this point. He seems to have the most experience and to be the most ready to play. That isn’t set in stone, but it is my opinion for sure.

The question now is who runs behind him? There are seven running backs on the roster right now and I am sure that we will see the majority of them at least in some capacity on Friday night.

It is important to note that Corbin has missed some time with a hamstring injury so he may be a bit limited, but I don’t anticipate him missing much time come fall for it. With Corbin sidelined, guys like Vernon Jackson, Cordarrian Richardson, Deneric Prince and Jacob Kibodi have gotten more playing time than expected and that will surely help the coaching staff figure out the rotation.

Wide receiver three is an interesting position to look at. It would seem that Quartney Davis and Kendrick Rogers have the top two spots on lock after an amazing 2018 season. Who takes the third spot? Jalen Preston maybe? He has made some strong plays during spring ball and many are hoping that the former Manvel standout will finally make the plays that he was known for.

Caleb Chapman, who is also struggling with a hamstring injury, could also make a play for that spot as could Jhamon Ausbon.
