Nick Saban will have fans buzzing during the 2019 Alabama spring game with plenty to look forward to. Here’s how you can watch online.

Just in case anyone was wondering, Nick Saban named Tua Tagovailoa the team’s starting quarterback after just one spring scrimmage.

Was it a sarcastic statement? Probably since the talk for the past couple of years was about the quarterback battle between Tua and Jalen Hurts. Since the latter has transferred to Oklahoma and Tua is arguably the most talented quarterback Saban has ever coached, it’s more than obvious that it would take a major injury to force him to the bench.

It’ll be weird not seeing Hurts on the opposite side, splitting snaps with Tagovailoa this spring, but it’s refreshing to not see a quarterback controversy.

Will the run game also develop nicely with Najee Harris taking the reins? Will Tagovailoa continue to develop that connection with Jerry Jeudy? Will the defense continue to look like its normal dominant self? We will soon find all of this out.

One thing is for certain, though: Alabama will be a national contender yet again and could be the No. 1 team heading into 2019.
