The 2019 Georgia spring game is finally upon us and the Bulldogs have plenty to prove. Here’s how you can watch all the action online.
Georgia’s 2018 season didn’t quite end the way Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs had expected. They gave Alabama all it could handle in the SEC Championship, but a late comeback by the Tua Tagovailoa-less Crimson Tide led to a missed opportunity by the Bulldogs.
It was a devastating loss but many believed the Bulldogs should have still been invited to the College Football Playoff, but a loss to Texas in the Sugar Bowl changed that belief quickly.
Jake Fromm is back to lead the offense as one of the best quarterbacks in the country and the backfield is loaded yet again while the Bulldogs are bringing in one heck of a recruiting class. Sure, the Bulldogs are also losing a lot, but under Smart, they don’t rebuild, they reload.
The defense will be an interesting watch, especially with how well Fromm fares. Can he prove to be an elite quarterback by going off against a top-tier defense or will the Bulldogs maintain that reputation of being a stingy bunch? Plenty of questions beg to be answered on Saturday but there’s still a long way to the regular season.
