If you are looking for the Devin Bush/Devin White of the 2020 class, then look no further than Tuscaloosa where Dylan Moses is entering his junior season prepared to make a big leap that could lead to a prime draft position in 2020.

Moses is taller than the Devin’s, but he’s also a bit undersized for a traditional middle linebacker. The NFL is continuing to move to slighter, quicker players on the inside who are physical enough to play the run and can drop back in coverage and combat the increasingly pass-happy offenses of the NFL.

Bush and White lit up Indianapolis, but both could pale in comparison to Moses when he takes his turn at the combine. The former five-star recruit is one of the most athletic players in the country and could also clock in at the 4.4 range in the 40-yard-dash.

Moses was a Butkus Award finalist as a sophomore, and will be now shifting over to the Mike linebacker role for the Crimson Tide with Mack Wilson moving on to the NFL. Moses will have the added responsibility as the signal caller in the middle, a role he relished throughout spring practice.

The Ravens haven’t really replaced C.J. Mosley after he left for the Jets, but could ultimately replace one Alabama linebacker with another next year.
