3. Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama

The final non-quarterback on the list, Jerry Jeudy is something special. He is truly a cheat code in real life. He has the talent to both make insane catches and also make insane plays once he has the ball in his hand.

Many would instinctively play with Jeudy just because he plays for Alabama. He’s on one of the most prolific offenses in college football, and he’s a key piece that makes the team work. With Tua throwing him footballs, you will be able to utilize his skillsets both on the field and in the game.

There isn’t a lot of history wide receivers on the cover of NCAA Football games, but Jeudy breaks history books on a daily basis. Also, NCAA Football was an EA Sports game, and they have put multiple wide receivers on the Madden cover, including Odell Beckham Jr. and Antonio Brown in recent memory.

The way I see it, there are only two big issues with Jeudy on the cover, and neither of them are the fact that he plays wide receiver. The first is that you seem to have a marketable personality to make the cover of a video game. Jeudy certainly shows some personality on the field, but he isn’t as outgoing in the media as Brown or OBJ. That might change once he’s a millionaire in the NFL, but not during his college days.

Also, Jeudy would have to compete against Tua Tagovailoa, his own quarterback. This is an issue because Tua is a great player with more of a national appeal than Jeudy. If they want only one Alabama player in consideration, that player will be Tua.
