Coming off a battle against the 2018 Big Ten West champs, the Buckeyes will face the 2017 division champions who they saw in the conference title game two years ago.

There are some serious question marks surrounding the Wisconsin offense, especially after Alex Hornibrook decided to transfer to Florida State. He wasn’t the best option under center, but he got the job done and led Wisconsin to a division title just two years ago. Jack Coan and Danny Vanden Boom could be contending for that starting job, but don’t sleep on freshman Graham Mertz.

Sure, the Badgers should have the quarterback position figured out by this point in the season, but will it be adequate enough to contend in the Big Ten West or even hit the road to take down Ohio State? Probably not.

The Buckeyes will have another big defensive game though it will struggle to slow Jonathan Taylor who’ll finish with 165 yards and two scores. The secondary, though, will pick off Coan twice, including a big-time pick-six by Amir Riep late in the third quarter that will essentially seal the deal.

Taylor will do all he can to keep the Badgers in the game, but Justin Fields and the growingly-confident Ohio State offense will be too much.

Final Score: Wisconsin 17, Ohio State 30 (7-1, 4-1)
