Arkansas will be reeling heading into this matchup following two straight losses and an 0-3 start to SEC action, but the Razorbacks will be headed back home for the first time in about a month which should ease some of the stress.

Chad Morris will get his guys up for this game, preaching that this could be the turning point in the season. A win could build enough momentum for a postseason push while a loss could derail any hope for a bowl bid.

The Razorbacks will come out with more motivation, putting together an early 10-0 lead which will catch Auburn off guard and the Tigers, led by Joey Gatewood, will surge back to take a 13-10 lead at the half.

A quick touchdown pass from Ben Hicks to Trey Knox in the second half will give Arkansas a 17-13 lead which they’ll hold until the start of the fourth. Gatewood finds Seth Williams for the go-ahead score to make it 23-17, but a quick field goal response makes things interesting.

Rakeem Boyd will then take a screen pass 60 yards to the house on the next possession, sprinting right by all Tiger defenders to take a 27-23 lead with under a minute left.

There’s always one major upset every year in the SEC and while this might not be the most shocking, I do believe the Razorbacks will catch Auburn off guard on Oct. 19 to secure their fourth win of the season and get back over the .500 mark with their first win in league play.

Final Score: Auburn 23, Arkansas 27 (4-3, 1-3)
