College Football: Top 5 transfer QBs who’ll make biggest impacts in 2019

The college football transfer market is out of control these days, but the big movers can still have positive impacts on their new teams.
Among the 100-plus quarterbacks who’ll be playing for a new team this fall, are a handful of Gatorade Player of the Year winners, not to mention both of the starting quarterbacks from the 2017 National Championship game.
So far the percentage of players transferring this year appears to be around eight percent, but the transfer rate among quarterbacks is much higher, in fact, it’s almost twice that number. Check out some of the data on this year transfer portal.
