7. Eno Benjamin, Arizona State

There were doubt about the hiring of Herm Edwards before last season, but very quickly, his Sun Devils have developed one of the best running games in the country, led by Eno Benjamin. He rushed for 1,642 yards and 16 touchdowns in a surprising seven-win season.

Now entering 2019, Benjamin will run behind an experienced offensive line. Three of five are returning starters on the line, and all five are seniors.

Benjamin has a few big opportunities to have his Heisman moment. On Sept. 14 the Sun Devils take a road trip to East Lansing, and they also play a late-season home game against the much-hyped Oregon Ducks.

With an improving defense, and the elite running game, Arizona State could end up pulling a few upsets and having a strong season. Benjamin could parlay that into a trip to New York.
