There are multiple backs on this list that were in committees last year, and now take full control of the backfield in 2019. JK Dobbins is the first of those.

In 2018, Dobbins’ running mate Mike Weber accounted for 954 yards and five touchdowns. The next leading rusher was quarterback Tate Martell, with 128 yards.

This will allow Dobbins to build on his 1,053 yards and ten touchdowns from 2018. Another sign that Dobbins could see increased numbers is the quarterback situation. Justin Fields transferred from Georgia in the offseason, and he only attempted 39 passes in 2018.

Dobbins believes that 2018 was a slump, and if that is the case, he will rebound in a big way this year.
