By Dante Pryor
How will the Hawkeyes fare in 2019?

- Week 2: Rutgers (Sept. 7)
- Week 3: at Iowa State (Sept. 14)
- Week 4: BYE
- Week 5: Middle Tennessee (Sept. 28)
- Week 6: at Michigan (Oct. 5)
- Week 7: Penn State (Oct. 12)
- Week 8: Purdue (Oct. 19)
- Week 9: at Northwestern (Oct. 26)
- Week 10: BYE
- Week 11: at Wisconsin (Nov. 9)
- Week 12: Minnesota (Nov. 16)
- Week 13: Illinois (Nov. 23)
- Week 14: at Nebraska (Nov. 29)
Kinnick Stadium is one of the great home field advantages in all of college football. They get Penn State and Purdue at home, but go to Camp Randall to play the Badgers, the Big House to play the Wolverines, and the Sea of Red to play the Cornhuskers.
Oh, and they travel to Jack Trice to play a talented Cyclones team.
Prediction: 6-6, 4-5 Big Ten
That doesn’t bode well for the Hawkeyes. Their road schedule is too difficult for them to get to Indianapolis.
