3. Heisman chances for a couple of Bulldogs

At initial glance, many do not think of Jake Fromm as a leading contender for the 2019 Heisman Trophy. This is likely due to the fact that the vast majority of quarterbacks who were Heisman Finalist in recent years have been dual-threat quarterbacks. And, well, Fromm isn’t becoming dangerous in the running game anytime soon.

But given the Georgia schedule, Fromm has the chance to put up great numbers while also playing on a team that wins most, or all, of their games. However, it’s going to take a few other players around the country to have sub-average seasons in order for Fromm to have a legitimate Heisman chance.

Although, Fromm isn’t even the most likely Heisman contender on this Georgia team. D’Andre Swift has a great chance at finding himself in New York late in December.

In 2018, Swift rushed for just over 1,000 yards and finished with 13 rushing touchdowns. Swift finished this Week 1 matchup with 147 rushing yards on 16 carries. If Swift can average over nine yards per carry throughout the season, he will win the Heisman by a landslide.
