With the bye week behind us, here are three keys to victory for Notre Dame football as they resume action against New Mexico in Week 3.
Notre Dame and New Mexico will meet for the first time ever this weekend, but unfamiliarity won’t be a valid excuse for the Irish if they fail to put an impressive product out on the field.
Instead, this game should serve as a perfect opportunity for the Irish to iron out whatever kinks remain before their matchup against Georgia next week.
While the Irish are 35 point favorites in this one, 2018 served as a cold reminder that underestimating a team (no matter what they look like on paper) is very, very dangerous. We saw this on numerous occasions last season, most notably in early-season matchups with Vanderbilt and Ball State.
With the potential for a big game looming, here are three keys for victory as the Irish look for a reassuring win over New Mexico.
