Oklahoma football took home the blowout win over UCLA on Saturday. What did we learn in the Sooners win over the Bruins?

This matchup played out exactly as advertised. Oklahoma cruised to a 48-14 win, and the offense was absolutely electric in doing so.

The Bruins, on the other hand, fall into an 0-3 hole. It doesn’t get any easier from here.

3. Jalen Hurts keeps rolling

On the first drive of the game, Jalen Hurts had four carries for 99 yards. He capped it off with a 30-yard scoring run. It’s becoming more and more obvious, he is on a mission this year.

It says a lot about Hurts’ hot streak that his numbers on Saturday seemed average. Through the air, he went 15-of-20 for 289 yards and three scores.

On the ground, he added 150 yards on 14 carries, as well as that touchdown on the opening drive.
