UCF football won again in Week 3, dominating Stanford from the start in a complete performance. Here’s how the units graded out in Week 3.

It’s official: the Knights own Florida.

UCF football proved itself as the best team in Florida in Week 3. They dominated Stanford from the beginning, winning 45-27 after going up 38-7 in the first half.

This game was over very early, as the Knights found the end zone on their first four possessions, and intercepted Stanford quarterback KJ Costello on Stanford’s second drive. For a prideful Stanford program, this has to be one of the most deflating losses in their recent program’s history. They were completely outmatched in this one.

UCF, meanwhile, is proving week by week that they aren’t just a lowly Group of Five school. They were able to have their way with Stanford, and were incredible from the onset. It will be interesting to see how the team responds after an emotional win, with a competitive road matchup against Pitt next week.

Overall, UCF is now ready for the committee to take them seriously. This is the kind of win that sets the tone for the season, and the Knights, with one of the deepest rosters in program history, look like they’re going to run the table again this season. Here’s how they graded in Week 3.
