SEC Football Power Rankings, Week 4: Auburn could make another statement

In a week that flew under the radar, there were still several meaningful SEC games. How does the conference shake out before a huge weekend?

Much of the talk surrounding Week 3 was that it was a down weekend. It certainly wasn’t full of marquee matchups, but ate the end of the day, it still delivered in a big way.

There were some great games, like Florida-Kentucky and Mississippi State-Kansas State.

There were some great moments. Namely, Georgia’s tribute to the late wife of Arkansas State coach Blake Anderson. Wendy passed away in August after a battle with cancer.

South Carolina may have been handled by Alabama, but they provided another great moment in that game. At the start of the third quarter, the Gamecock faithful all held up three fingers, a tribute to the late brother of South Carolina quarterback Ryan Hilinksi.

As the conference now turns the corner, things get kicked up a notch. Week 4 features several massive matchups within the SEC, so before that, here’s how the conference looks through three weeks of action.
