3. Calm the nerves

True freshman Hank Bachmeier is making a real name for himself at Boise State. Flying onto the scene with almost 1,000 passing yards in just three games, with his first college game being at the legendary Doak Campbell Stadium against Florida State. The 19-point second-half comeback put not only Boise State back on the map in 2019, but solidified just how good this Bronco team can be.

Hank will be playing his first conference game at home this Friday, it what has all the makings to be a really exciting matchup. The Bronco crowd will be a near-sellout while the Broncos debut their new blackout uniforms and have encouraged the crowd to blackout the stadium as well.

With all of the hype surrounding the nationally-ranked Boise State team, there will be even more excitement in the air at Albertsons Stadium.

Hank will have to show a lot of maturity and poise in order to get past the Falcons. Throwing an interception in each of his first three games, Bachmeier will be called upon to protect the football and be more efficient throwing down the field. Look for the Broncos to get their young quarterback going early with a few short throws.
