Notre Dame Football: 3 keys to victory vs. Georgia in Week 4

While it’s sure to be anything but easy, here are three keys to victory for Notre Dame football as they take on Georgia in their biggest game of the year.

Notre Dame’s record against top five teams hasn’t been pretty over the last couple decades, and things haven’t gotten much better under head coach Brian Kelly. Kelly is currently 0-4 against top five teams with only one of those contests being even remotely close.

None of that matters now though, as Notre Dame will march into Athens knowing that a poor performance would be detrimental to their playoff hopes in light of an ever-weakening schedule thanks to the disappointing starts of USC, Virginia Tech and Stanford.

Nevertheless, the Irish are also plenty aware that a win against the Bulldogs would go a long way in cementing not only their playoff hopes, but their standing as legitimate contenders as well. Here’s what the Irish will have to do if that’s gonna happen this weekend.
