1. Defense must step up

The Buffaloes have been bad on defense, that isn’t any other way to say it. They’ve given up 819 yards and seven touchdowns through the air and 599 yards and five scores on the ground.

They gave up a lot of yards in their win against Colorado State, however, the Buffs made some key plays to get back in both the Nebraska and Air Force games respectively.

The way the Buffaloes play defense is key for Colorado because Arizona State’s offense is bad. They are playing a lot of young guys, and their offensive line has had its struggles this year.

If Colorado can get the ball to their offense and possibly get a turnover, that could be the difference in what should be a close game. They need to keep Eno Benjamin contained, and not let true freshman Jayden Daniels have his first big game of his career.
