Wisconsin Football: 3 overreactions from win over Michigan in Week 4
By Dante Pryor
Wisconsin football decimated the Michigan Wolverines in Madison early Saturday afternoon 35-14. Here are three overreactions from the game.
The Badgers were favored by 3.5 points in their home thrashing of the Michigan Wolverines early Saturday afternoon in Camp Randall. Many people thought Wisconsin was going to win the game, but few people saw this coming.
Wisconsin had its way with the Wolverines all game long. Junior running back Jonathan Taylor had his way with the Michigan defense on his way to a 200-yard game. Wisconsin dominated the trenches on both offense and defense. The offensive line broke the will and spirit of the Michigan defense. They looked ready to head back to Ann Arbor by the middle of the third quarter.
Michigan couldn’t get anything going on offense, getting shut out until late in the third quarter. Shea Patterson looked rattled and unsure of himself all game long throwing an interception and fumbling the football. Without freshman Zack Charbonnet healthy, the run game never got started, and they were out of this game when they got off the bus.
With this type of dominant performance there are bound to be overreactions.
