UCF football is looking to come back strong after a loss to Pitt. The Knights face off against UConn at home in Week 5.

UCF Football is coming off a tough loss to Pitt in Week 4. Losing late in the fourth quarter 35-34 and falling back in the rankings behind Boise State for the top Group of Five team in the country. There is probably no better way to try and bounce back from a loss than looking to play UConn at home. UCF has started out 49.5 point favorites at home and faces an inferior UConn team that is 1-2 in 2019.

UCF quarterback Dillon Gabriel had a tough start to the game last week at Pitt, not finding his rhythm and thus leading the UCF Knights to zero points in the first quarter. We will see a much improved Knight offense this week against a weak UConn defense. Expect the Knights to try and run up the score on the Huskies to get back to their winning ways.

The Knights looked sloppy overall on both sides of the ball last week. Having three turnovers and giving up almost 450 yards of total offense to the Pitt Panthers who only scored ten points the week before.

The Knights should have no issues getting back on track in Orlando back home. The UConn team is a perfect opponent for UCF to work through some of the offensive issues that they have had in the past game or so. Here are the three most important keys for UCF to grab a win on Saturday.
