Washington football faces off against USC at Husky Stadium in Week 5. The Huskies have a great shot at beating a top 25 team and moving up the polls.
Washington football has now played themselves into a 3-1 start and is now a couple of big wins away from being a serious top ten team in the country. USC is coming off of a huge win against the Utah Utes at home where they knocked off the No. 10 team in the country in a statement win with a third-string quarterback Matt Fink.
The Junior quarterback Matt Fink threw for an impressive 351 yards and kept the USC Trojans in the game the whole way through. Adding three touchdowns through the air, the Trojan faithful has Fink to thank for possibly saving their season as Kaden Slovis is still out with a concussion.
Washington put a beat down on the BYU Cougars last week. Winning 45-19 in convincing fashion in a game that was never really close from the jump. Quarterback Jacob Eason provided the spark for the Huskies throwing for over 290 yards and three touchdowns. Eason showed off why he was one of the most sought after transfers in the whole country after leaving Georgia.
Washington will be able to host the Trojans on Saturday afternoon in the second conference home game of the Huskies young 2019 season.
