Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 52. WR. Oklahoma. CeeDee Lamb. 7. player

Two years ago, it seemed that the Jacksonville Jaguars had figured everything out and were shaping up to be the kings of the AFC South for several years. Since then, poor quarterback play, injuries and disgruntled cornerbacks have made the Jaguars a .500 team, at best. While they have the talent to win, they seem to be a ticking time bomb that could explode at any minute.

Since losing Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, the Jaguars have been searching for an elite receiver to push their aerial attack to the next level.

Enter, CeeDee Lamb.

Lamb is at a prototypical size for a franchise receiver and has a great ability to grab the ball in traffic and balanced body control to make those crucial catches on the sideline. He is not a flashy player but when compared to rest of this draft class, he could be the most ready in terms of taking on the load at WR1.

Even though Marquise Brown as the household name last year, the Sooners’ busiest wideout was Lamb.
