In a game that both teams need more than anything, Texas A&M football faces off against the Arkansas Razorbacks. Let’s talk bold predictions, y’all.

Texas A&M has struggled in Power Five matchups on this young season, losing both so far. However, they were against the No.1 and No. 7 teams in the nation, so things could be far worse for the Aggies.

The issue is the way they played those games.

Although both ended close in terms of score, they weren’t as close as that would make you believe. The defense keeps this team in games, but the offense has struggled to get much of anything going.

On the other side, Arkansas has struggled playing football as a whole. They struggled against teams that they have no business struggling against and lost to San Jose State in a game in which their quarterback threw five interceptions. Not exactly a good statistic as the season only gets harder.

On that note, let’s talk bold predictions for the matchup between these two teams.

3. This game ends up being a meaningless Aggie win

Texas A&M will win this game. That isn’t a bold prediction, it’s just stating the obvious unless something crazy goes down or this team plays with sympathy for Nick Starkel or something like that.

However, my first prediction is that when all is said and all is done, this game will mean next to nothing except for being another notch toward bowl eligibility.

I don’t picture Arkansas winning too many more games this season. They just aren’t a complete team and the rest of the SEC West will feast upon that. That being said, this win has to be in dominating fashion to tell us anything about the Aggies worth noting.
