3. Tua is scary accurate
What is an accurate pass? What does it mean to be an accurate passer? Watch Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa throw a football. It definitely helps when you have maybe the best receiving trio in the country to throw the ball to, but Tua does something that few quarterbacks in the country do: puts the ball on his receivers.
When you watch him sling the ball, he throws with so much anticipation that his guys catch the ball in stride and usually score touchdowns.
Tua’s accuracy is simply more than just putting the ball where his receiver has the best chance to catch it, he puts the ball where his receivers have the best opportunity to score.
When you have the speed on the perimeter that the Tide has, you want to give your receivers an opportunity to hit the home run. Tua rarely throws the ball high, or behind receivers, he throws to where his guys are supposed to be, and they usually are.
