After Alabama impressed and Clemson struggled to survive, the two teams will flip in the college football polls. Here are the Week 6 Top 25 projections.

Since the preseason, defending College Football Playoff national champion Clemson has sat comfortably at the top of the AP Top 25. Over the first few weeks of the year, the Tigers even picked up several additional first-place votes as they consolidated a stranglehold on the top spot in the poll.

That all changed on the field on Saturday. While Clemson won their 20th straight contest on a visit to Chapel Hill, the way that the Tigers played will likely force voters to reconsider the order on their ballots.

Conversely, an Alabama team that has been the dominant force in the sport over the past decade put in yet another overpowering performance as they took down Ole Miss by four touchdowns at home. Nick Saban’s team crushed the Rebels as their starting quarterback broke a program record in the process.

Beyond the top two, we will certainly see some shakeup through the rest of the AP Top 25 after several more teams fell out of the ranks of the unbeaten and matchups of ranked teams afforded the opportunity to separate some contenders from pretenders.

Where will your favorite team land when the Associated Press releases their next set of rankings for Week 6 on Sunday afternoon? Keep reading for our latest Top 25 projections here at Saturday Blitz now that prime-time Week 5 action is in the books.
