What more can you say the Sooner offense?

Week in and week out, Oklahoma has put on a clinic in offensive football. Led by Jalen Hurts, the Sooners have featured one of the sport’s most explosive offenses, and on Saturday, they didn’t slow down a bit.

Despite sitting the fourth quarter with an insurmountable lead, Hurts still put up video game numbers. He was 17-of-24 for 415 yards, along with three touchdown throws. He added 70 rushing yards on nine carries, and found the end zone once on the ground as well.

CeeDee Lamb and Charleston Rambo were on the receiving end of a lot of that production. Lamb had 7 receptions for 185 yards, and caught all three of Hurts’ scoring throws. Rambo only caught two balls, but had 122 yards on those two receptions.

In the backfield, Trey Sermon continued to be a reliable producer. He carried the ball seven times, gaining 76 yards and scoring two touchdowns.

Considering the consistency, it’s easy to take this for granted, but make no mistake, Lincoln Riley’s tenure continues to be filled with historic offensive production.
