Michigan football comes back home to face Iowa in this top 25 matchup. Will the Wolverines be able to hold off the Hawkeyes in the Big House?

Michigan Football comes in 3-1 with a ton of noise on whether Jim Harbaugh and the rest of the Wolverine team can meet the expectations of the fans across the country. After barely showing up against Wisconsin in Camp Randall losing 35-14, there has been a lot of talk about just how good this team may or may not be.

Iowa has started the season a perfect 4-0 and is climbing the rankings up all the way to No. 14 on the season in 2019. Although many of the opponents that the Hawkeyes have played are not going to be at the level of the Big Ten, they have impressed a lot of people on defense. Giving up just a little over eight points a game, the Hawkeyes have flexed their muscle on the defensive side of the ball.

Iowa’s defense has been the real talk of this football team, but the offense has been impressive as well. Scoring over 33 points a game and almost 465 total yards of offense, the Hawkeyes have found a way to win as one of the most balanced teams in the country.

Shea Patterson came into the season with high hopes as a dark-horse Heisman candidate and a guy who many believe could be the key to Michigan’s success. After some early struggles for the Wolverines and Patterson not playing very well, those hopes may have come to an end. Here are three predictions for the Big Ten showdown in Ann Arbor on Saturday.
