1. Chuba Hubbard might not be human

Chuba Hubbard has had big game after big game and is already over 1,000 yards rushing this season. One of the most consistent things for Oklahoma State’s up and down season thus far has been the play of Hubbard. He was able to spark the offense for the Cowboys today as the passing game struggled most of the game and there were several turnovers.

Hubbard had over 150 yards on the ground as well as three rushing touchdowns. Texas Tech did a good job of shutting him down early, but the Cowboys kept feeding him the ball and Hubbard got it going. The Cowboys got down quickly in the game as they were trailing 20-0 at one point, but Hubbard helped get them back in the game as he scored their first touchdown right before halftime.

The talented back was really the only bright spot for the Cowboys’ offense as quarterback Spencer Sanders turned it over on four different occasions. Hubbard is the centerpiece of the offense, but if they keep turning the ball over moving forward, it’s going to be difficult to win.
