2. Trishton Jackson goes for over 100 yards again

Trishton Jackson once had a bright future at Michigan State, but after falling behind on the depth chart, he decided it was best for him to seek a transfer, and he’s found a new home at Syracuse.

While the Orange offense had some pretty good players already and he’d be left fighting for time at receiver once again, he knew that he brought a unique skillset to the team. He had a combination of speed, elusiveness and excellent route-running that set him apart which has led to his breakout in 2019.

Through six weeks, he leads the team in receiving with 24 catches for 393 yards and five touchdowns. He’s no stranger to the end zone and he’ll find it two more times against the Wolfpack while going for over 100 yards for the third time this season.

Jackson will give NC State’s secondary fits, catching eight passes for 125 yards and two scores, assuming his role as the team’s leading wide out and he’ll be over 500 yards on the season with this big game.
