4. Penn State avoids road upset at Iowa, win by 10

Penn State sits undefeated on the season. Besides a seven-point win over Pittsburgh, these games haven’t been anywhere near close. Penn State is blowing past the competition, but this game against Iowa will be its first big test and on the road no less. Will the Nittany Lions be able to put up the same big numbers that they have in recent weeks?

Iowa is reeling after being completely shut down by Michigan’s defense a week ago. That being said though, they only lost by seven. The defense did what they were supposed to do against the Wolverines, it was just the offense that couldn’t back them up. It was the same thing we saw against Iowa State a few weeks back, so could that be an issue against Penn State?

I think that Penn State figures out the Iowa defense and is able to win this one pretty easily. Will it be close to start? Sure, this is the first real defense that the Nittany Lions have faced this season. I have a lot of faith in Penn State though, so my bold prediction is that the Lions win this one by at least 10.
