Alabama football goes on the road to play Texas A&M in Week 7. What will the Crimson Tide have to do to steal a win from the Aggies?
Alabama has been a powerhouse for as long as anyone can really remember. With Nick Saban at the helm, the Crimson Tide are always in the conversation for a national title and 2019 has been no different for Alabama, ranked No. 1 in the polls and showing no signs of slowing down after beating Ole Miss last week, 59-31.
Alabama is currently 5-0, but they have no ranked wins on their schedule quite yet.
This all comes to a head on Saturday as the Crimson Tide face off against No. 24 Texas A&M at Kyle Field. This will be Alabama’s first real test on the year not only playing a ranked team but an SEC team that is competing for a conference championship.
Tua Tagovailoa leads the Crimson Tide on offense with 25 total touchdowns and is second in the whole country with a QBR of 96.6. He’s started off his junior campaign scorching hot and looking to continue that dominance through the tough SEC schedule.
Quarterback Kellen Mond will try and play spoiler for the Aggies this weekend coming into the game with 10 touchdowns through the air and making a huge splash leading Texas A&M. The Aggies have only dropped two games, which came at the hands of two top-10 teams in the country.
