Another tumultuous week in ACC football means a shakeup in the rankings. Be sure to check back each week for your ACC power rankings.

This week on “As the ACC Turns”, Clemson drove the ROY bus to Death Valley East, got off, and reminded everyone who the best football team in the country is since everyone forgot. Virginia reminded everyone just how unremarkable they are on offense while the Ramblin’ Wreck keep taking it “one day at a time” by giving Duke some confidence.

Louisville and Wake Forest put on their track spikes and ran back and forth at BB&T Stadium on Saturday night. Syracuse and North Carolina State reminded everyone that they aren’t very good. Boston College, North Carolina and Pitt showed how not to lose: have a bye week. They were off this week, and the Hokies had a scrimmage that turned into a rock fight against a one-win FCS team.

Diversity should be embraced especially when it comes to college football. While the Orange and the Wolfpack decided not to block for their quarterbacks, the Demon Deacons and the Cardinals decided not tackle in their track meet which saw them score more points in the first half than Miami and Virginia scored all game.

So, with all due respect to the Textile Bowl, or “The Rivalry that really ain’t” here are this week’s ACC power rankings.
