UCLA Football: 3 keys to victory vs. Stanford in Week 8
2. Get a fresh start
The college football season is one that goes by in a blink of an eye. For most teams, this is the second half of the season and they have a chance to salvage what may have happened in the first half. This couldn’t be truer for the UCLA Bruins and Chip Kelly.
After getting off to one of the worst starts in program history at 1-5, the Bruins are trying to get back on track and get some wins out of the Pac-12.
The Bruins are coming off of a bye where they have had multiple key position players get healthy. With Dorian Thompson-Robinson being available and having some other guys be healthy on the defensive side of the ball, UCLA should have a perfect opportunity to take down the Cardinal on the road.
We will really see what Kelly and the Bruins are made of here in this game, starting off their second half of the season. They could surprise a lot of people and have improvements on defense and be able to move the ball well.
