2. Baylor defense will find success

The Bears have 23 sacks this season. They know how to get to the quarterback. Spencer Sanders can run, so I expect the Bears to bring their pressure up the middle, but keep their ends wide and force him to climb into the pressure. Sanders has been susceptible to pressure this year, and the Bears can bring it.

The Bears’ secondary is adept at defending the pass as well with five interceptions and 26 pass breakups this year. Sanders will throw it to the other team at times as well, having thrown eight interceptions.

Although the Cowboys are a run-centered offense, they aren’t physical. The Bears are a physical defense that gets after the quarterback and knows how to force turnovers.

Along with the defense not playing well the last few games, the Cowboys’ offensive line hasn’t played great. That’s been reflected in the play of Sanders. He’s thrown five interceptions and has completed less than 60 percent of his passes. If the Bears get pressure on Sanders, the Pokes might be in trouble.
