3. Nobody will be able to stop Van Jefferson

We all saw what South Carolina’s defense did to Jake Fromm, intercepting him three times and taking one back for a touchdown.

But as much as Fromm struggled, his receivers all had some decent games, led by George Pickens, who had seven receptions for 98 yards in this last contest. Their top three receivers averaged between 10 to 15 yards per reception, and that is right in Van Jefferson’s wheelhouse.

Jefferson has made a living off of those intermediate throws, and he is one of the best route runners in the country. I think he will have a big day against a South Carolina secondary coming in with a lot of hype, and he’ll pick up right where he left off with his two touchdown performance last week.

I’ll say 11 catches, 132 yards and a touchdown for Jefferson, as he gives the Gamecocks problems all day.
