After one shocker of a weekend, we are gearing up for another crazy slate of games. Check out this week’s SEC football power rankings.

Last week, the Georgia Bulldogs were shocked at home after Rodrigo “Mr. Reliable” Blankenship missed a field goal in overtime. What a treat to see such a monumental upset.

That could never happen twice, right? Well lightning struck twice as the Vanderbilt Commodores put the anchor down on the Missouri Tigers and defeated them in Nashville 21-14.

Could we see another SEC heavyweight fall this week? “That’s why they play the game,” as the great Chris Berman would say.

Chalk held this week in the SEC. Every ranked team won, except Missouri. The Georgia Bulldogs found a way to win with 35 yards passing — not a typo folks. Jake Fromm was still the leading passer in the Kentucky game. Arkansas is really bad — really bad. The Gamecocks didn’t have two upsets in them as they fell to the Gators at home. Everyone, however, has their eye on Tuscaloosa and Tua Tagovailoa’s ankle.

Let’s see how this week’s power rankings reflect on this action.
