After another wild week in ACC football, the power rankings has some shakeups. Who rose and who fell? Will anyone push Clemson?

On this episode of As the ACC Turns, The Tigers’ claws are more lethal by the week, a Hurricane blew away our beloved Pitt Special diner, Sam Howell is the greatest quarterback in the history of North Carolina football, Willie Taggart’s seat is cooler than a week ago and Scott Satterfield is white-hot as a coach.

All this and more As the ACC Turns.

Here at the ACC power rankings headquarters — wait, these power rankings have headquarters? Yes, we do. Now like I was saying, here at the headquarters located across the street from Al Groh’s house and the future home of David Cutcliffe’s statue in Durham, we value honesty and direct communication.

So, with that in mind, we know that the ACC isn’t going to be confused with any of the best conferences in the Power Five. We recognize many of our limitations. We’re traditionally a basketball conference that expanded for football profits.

There are some smaller private institutions with limitations (Wake Forest and Duke).

There might be some issues with our franchise programs now (Miami, Florida State), but where else can you get a “Pitt Special”? That’s right, only in the ACC.

With all due respect to the Textile Bowl, or “The Rivalry that really ain’t”, here are your power rankings going into Week 10.
