This is the biggest dark-horse of this list but hear me out. Ole Miss, had they not lost to Arkansas on a fluke play, would’ve most likely been in the College Football Playoff in 2015 since it had beaten Alabama earlier that season.

That said, Ole Miss had one of the country’s best offenses that season, led by quarterback Chad Kelly. Much like Lamar Jackson, it is almost criminal that we never got to have Kelly in an NCAA Football video game. His numbers that season were astonishing for a first-year starter, and would’ve made for a dangerous quarterback to face online in a video game.

Ole Miss was loaded with offensive weapons including Laquon Treadwell, Evan Engram, Quincy Adeboyjo and Jordan Wilkins. The Rebels were number one in the country in scoring defense in 2014 and while their 2015 defense wasn’t quite that good, they were still very strong. Led by C.J. Johnson, Robert Nkemdiche, Mike Hilton, John Youngblood and Fadol Brown.

While this wouldn’t have been a traditional team to play as online in NCAA Football, it would have been one of the strongest teams gamers could’ve chosen had they had the opportunity.
