5. Mike Norvell, Memphis

Mike Norvell has been one of the best Group of Five coaches for the last few seasons now, and he it’s likely he will be looking to move up to the next level as a Power Five head coach.

Memphis has consistently been one of the better offenses in all of college football in Norvell’s tenure, and he would be a great candidate to come in and score some points for Florida State.

Norvell is 34-15 as a head coach for his career, and the biggest question mark on his mark is winning the big games, as he is winless in bowl games and conference championships in his tenure with the Tigers.

But with the ability to bring in one of the top recruits at Florida State, his high-powered offensive game plan with top recruits can make the leap to Power Five play and find success
