The top two teams in the country square off on Saturday afternoon. Who will gain the upper hand between Alabama and LSU football in Tuscaloosa?

LSU Football goes on the road to face off against No. 3 ranked Alabama on Saturday afternoon. LSU comes into the matchup as 6.5-point underdogs although they are one spot ahead of the Crimson Tide in the polls. Joe Burrow and the Tigers will have to get past a hobbled Alabama team to stay inside of the top four competing for the playoff.

This game has all of the makings to be a win or go home type game with the College Football Playoff field as stacked as ever. LSU and Alabama both come into the game undefeated with a combined record of 16-0. Offenses for both teams have dominated the conversation as this game will feature two Heisman candidate quarterbacks.

For LSU, Joe Burrow has been a welcome sight for their high flying offense. Throwing for over 2,800 yards and 30 touchdowns, Burrow has solidified himself as a prime candidate to win the Heisman trophy. No doubt Burrow has at least punched a ticket to New York. He will face .a tough task trying to get past an incredible Alabama defense that has only given up 15 points a game.

Alabama comes into their home matchup with some big question marks surrounding Tua Tagovailoa. The Junior quarterback was injured just two weeks ago against Tennessee and is questionable to play vs. LSU. None the less the Crimson Tide offense still features tons of offensive weapons and will be a force to be stopped at 48 points per game on average.

Here are three bold predictions for Saturday afternoon.
