With Week 11 being the one that every college football fan has been looking forward to, what three games are being overlooked?

It’s no secret this is the biggest weekend in college football so far. Arguably the two best teams in the nation are playing each other as No. 2 LSU travels to Tuscaloosa to take on No. 3 Alabama.

While this is the biggest game of the year, it’s not the only big matchup this weekend. In fact, No. 4 Penn State plays No. 17 Minnesota, No. 18 Iowa takes on No. 13 Wisconsin and there are several big-time conference matchups being played as well.

With that said, let’s look at three games being overlooked this weekend.

3. Florida State at Boston College

I’ll be honest, this game would have little interest if it wasn’t for the uncertainty surrounding Florida State’s program at the moment. The Seminoles are a 4-5 team and Boston College is 5-4 and the game is at 12 p.m. ET, which is even more reason why no one would really care about this one except fans from both those schools and diehard ACC fans.

However, with the firing of Florida State head coach Willie Taggart happening a few days ago, this game has sparked interest.

Florida State is a blue-blood program that is struggling for its third straight year and is in danger a missing a bowl game for the second straight season. This game will be worth tuning into just to see how Florida State responds and what all is said over the whole situation. Boston College is favored by two points.
