1. Notre Dame (vs. Navy)

Although the underdog, Navy, is also ranked, the fact that the game is being played in South Bend makes this upset the biggest of the weekend. The No. 23 Navy Midshipmen are having a stellar season with a record of 7-1. This an incredible improvement from 2018 when they finished the season 3-10.

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish enter the game 7-2 and in a fight for a bid in a New Year’s Six Bowl Game. The Irish have looked dominant at times. But, in their games against USC and Virginia Tech, Notre Dame showed that they’re really nothing special this season. Had those games gone differently, the Irish would be at 5-4 and outside the Top 25.
