Penn State football hosts the No. 25 Indiana Hoosiers this weekend in Happy Valley. Here’s a preview, prediction and how to watch.

The Penn State Nittany Lions come back to Happy Valley looking to rebound from a devastating loss to the Minnesota Golden Gophers last weekend.

The Hoosiers, on the other hand, travel to University Park riding high off a dominant victory against the Northwestern Wildcats and riding the wave of a four-game winning streak. The Hoosiers’ 7-2 record have them ranked in the AP Top 25 for the first time since 1994.

Here’s more information about the game:

Date: Saturday, Nov. 16
Time: Noon ET
Location: University Park, Penn.
Venue: Beaver Stadium
TV: ABC
Live Stream: WatchESPN

Keys to Victory

Indiana has to hope that Penn State has the “upset blues” to win this one. The Hoosiers deserve all the credit in the world for their 7-2 record, and being bowl eligible this early in the season.

Penn State is the better team with the better athletes. Indiana is coming to play, and they are confident, but Penn State’s superior talent overtakes the Hoosiers.

There’s one thing Indiana can take advantage of, however.

Penn State relies too much on do everything wide receiver K.J. Hamler and that slows their offense down at times. There has been games where Penn State goes away for stretches offensively. If the Hoosiers can put the ball in the end-zone during that stretch of the game, they can keep it close until the fourth quarter.

Prediction

Penn State has too much speed for the Hoosiers. Indiana proves they can hand in this one, and gives Penn State fits. They are playing with house money and will be loose. Penn State has all the pressure as they try to keep pace with Ohio State in the Big Ten West. The Hoosiers keep it close for a half, and then we’ll get Hamler for 70 yards to break the game open. Indiana will also have trouble blocking Penn State for four quarters

Final Score: Penn State 35, Indiana 21
