LSU football had its way with Arkansas on Saturday evening in Baton Rouge, setting up a chance to go 12-0 with a win over Texas A&M in Week 14.

Another week, another win for LSU. The Tigers improved to 11-0 on the season with a matchup against Texas A&M looming after a 56-20 thumping of Arkansas in Week 13.

The Razorbacks were hanging tough midway through the second quarter, but a one-point deficit turned into 22 points on the flip of a dime as LSU headed into halftime with a major advantage. The game was over from there as LSU added another 21 points in the third quarter and cruised to an easy victory.

What did we learn from LSU’s latest blowout win?

3. Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a monster

If you’re looking for the most underrated running back in the country, you may need to search no further than Baton Rouge. All the talk about LSU is Joe Burrow and those receivers, but the junior running back is having a monster season and he continues to be overlooked.

Edwards-Helaire had arguably his best game of the season against the Razorbacks and broke not only the 1,000-yard mark on the year but the 1,100-yard mark as well.

The junior running back finished with just six carries, which may have been head-scratching, but he made the most of them, rushing for 188 yards and three touchdowns. He was basically a walking touchdown against the Razorbacks as no one could seem to bring him down.

And don’t sleep on his backup, John Emery Jr. The former five-star recruit is going to be fun to watch next year and beyond.
