3. Chase Young, the beast

A few weeks ago, Chase Young was suspended by the NCAA for violating rule regarding the impermissible receipt of a loan from a friend. His suspension lasted two games, and this week was his first game back. Although, the Buckeyes were able to easily win the games against Rutgers and Maryland, Young’s presence was undoubtedly appreciated against Penn State.

On multiple occasions, Young easily rushed by a Penn State outside tackle and was able to get pressure on Sean Clifford. And, let’s keep in mind, the entire Penn State offensive line will participate in their schools’ Pro Day and have an opportunity to be seen by NFL Scouts.

On one drive late in the first quarter, Young either significantly impacted the play or made the tackle on every single play of the Nittany Lions’ drive.

Now that Alabama’s quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa, has been injured, Chase Young is the clear choice for the No. 1 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.
