1. Both defenses deserve a standing ovation

Both defenses in this game played remarkably well. It was a defensive dog fight from the beginning and the Aggies were up to the task against one of the better defenses in the SEC.

Justin Madbuike and friends were a force to be reckoned with from the start. It was a championship-level effort, but the special teams and the offense let them down.

For Georgia, its offense nearly let them down as well. It was the defense that kept them in this game and as a result, the Bulldogs found a win — with the help of some officiating misses, but that is neither here nor there.
