Penn State football concluded its regular season with a 10-2 record. Where are the Nittany Lions going to be bowling this year?

Penn State finished off the 2019 campaign this past Saturday with a 27-6 win over Rutgers. While the game was not pretty at times, the Nittany Lions were playing with several backups including quarterback Will Levis starting over an injured Sean Clifford. James Franklin and the staff hope to have everyone healthy for their bowl game.

The bowl destination this year should be a pretty good one for the Nittany Lions. Most preseason predictions had the Lions at 7-5 or 8-4. Instead they finished 10-2 overall and 7-2 in conference. While the Lions did start 8-0 and cooled off with a 2-2 finish, it was still an impressive season for a team that lost several key starters from a year ago and was experiencing a youth movement.

Penn State’s all time bowl record as a program is 29-18-2. Under Franklin, the Lions are 2-3 and have not missed a bowl game during his tenure. Let us take a look at three possible destinations for Penn State this year. Lions fans should be happy to make the trek from cold central Pennsylvania to a warm weather locale.
