1. Mike Norvell is an elite offensive mind

Memphis is never considered a juggernaut at the college football level. But in his four years at the helm, Memphis was consistently one of the best offenses in the nation.

Within his four years, players such as Paxton Lynch, Anthony Miller, Darrell Henderson and Tony Pollard all found places in the NFL, and that doesn’t even include Riley Ferguson as well. This is a man with not only a great game plan, but a great knack for developing top end talent in college football.

With the better talent he’ll be able to build a great group of NFL talent from Florida State, and raise the program back to the prominence it deserves.
